Service tech worked on body parts of my Ram 1500. Damaged, broke and punctured 4 different parts of the vehicle. Said they would repair 2 parts they damaged, later to find out they billed my warranty Damaged, broke and punctured 4 different parts of the vehicle. Then refused to repair the 2 places they punctured the door panel and broke the arm rest. Their excuse ' that year of truck" is bad for that happening. Really????Don't you sell Rams? Why are you trash talking your product, that by the way....my whole family has been driving for over 20 years! Why didnt the body shop do body work? Why did a service tech that did my oil change do my body work? Never did get an answer on that one. Would NOT have any vehicle worked on here ever! I drive a Ram and they are Ram specialist! What the heck!! Oh well, going to let the legal guys fight it out for me. More
