Justin Pfister was 100% on it, from the initial contact in July 2021, the following new truck order process, the order tracking, the build date, and the subsequent arrival of the vehicle at ODaniel. Then Justin was outstanding in getting the vehicle ready, working the trade-in details, sorting out financing options and user training at vehicle delivery. Outstanding in all respects!!!
