Once sale was complete failed to respond to emails and calls for scheduling DVD install. DVD was already paid for in total price. Turns out he didn't even send the purchase order till two weeks after sale calls for scheduling DVD install. DVD was already paid for in total price. Turns out he didn't even send the purchase order till two weeks after sale despite knowing we were in a time crunch. On day of install he provided a loaner car which was less then acceptable. Early 2000 minivan with rust corrosion the size of baseballs. When I told the sales person the car was unacceptable and I refused to drive it they had me wait 15 minutes for another one, despite the dealership being completely empty. Ultimately provided me with a 2011 Malibu with warning lights flashing because the front left tire was practically flat. Apparently they thought I was being rude when I refused to accept the beaten down minivan because they sent an email to my husband saying, they heard from a co-worker that I was extremely disrespectful in the morning when I came in to drop off my Jeep for service. This was an unacceptable way to conduct business, as John did not deserve the berating he experienced with the witness of other employees. He would expect me to make an apology to him when I come in that evening to pick up the Jeep. More
