Snowy Experience While we watched the snow falling heavily on April the 2nd, Melissa helped us purchase our 2015 Dodge Journey. I was so happy with my experience that I brought my boyfriend Doug Wasylk to trade in his GMC Terrain as well during the same visit. Mark had options for us to look at as well as the ones we asked. He was timely, efficient and even called to attention the need to ask Jeremiah about possibly getting money back from my vehicle service contract from my previous GMC. I ended up getting about $1200 back! I would not have thought of this on my own so it was much appreciated! Jeremiah was awesome as well! He was quick with the paperwork, thorough with his explanations of financing and cost. I have had no less than the best treatment/service from Mark, Jeremiah and O'Daniels! Walked the lot for just about the perfect amount of time then as soon as I looked up to see if I could see anyone to help me, Mark was there. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and how much I was wanting to spend and in the blink of an eye we were looking at trucks! He nor did anyone push me toward any one particular vehicle or price. He let me make all of my own decisions. I didn't end up buying a truck that day but I was thinking over the weekend and I realized that Mark was the person I want to buy a car from and he just so happen to have what I wanted.
