We had such an easy, experience with Geoff the first time, we decided we needed to go back to him for the replacement vehicle! We didn't find the exact model we were looking for, but we knew that the pre-owned cars that O'Daniel has on the lot are solid and thoroughly checked over. On the way home from the dealership the night we purchased the car, a sensor light went off. I called Geoff on my way home and was assured that the car would be repaired at no cost to me. I talked to Rob Coulter before making the trip and upon arrival he had financing approved with options from several lending companies, truck was sitting just outside main entrance running and warm. Rob met me at the door as he always does and remembered me from past purchases. Rob took the time to converse with me to gain understanding of my needs all while being very respectful and not pushy. No doubt I will be continuing my relationship with him and O'Daniel when I go to purchase my next vehicle. No matter how far away you are it is worth making the trip to visit Rob if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
