I feel I was lucky to have Shawn McSweeney on the sales side walk me through everything I needed to do to make my purchase. He rode along on the test drive and explained all the extra's on the vehicle. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I purchased a used, 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I love this truck! He went above and beyond and even called the person that traded the truck in and asked if they had the extra key fob for the truck and made arrangements to have it mailed to me. Shawn then handed me off to Andrea Laux in finance. She explained everything and was very patient - I had lots of questions. She made me feel at ease and understood what a big decision this was!
