Phil goes out of his way to help you find whatever dream car,work car,weekend transport you are dreaming about it and helps every step of the way. The buying process at Odaniel is not lengthy torture (as it is basically anywhere else).The whole process (including the online app done at home,few phone calls confirming finance details,second test drive,and final paperwork) took about 2 hours at the most. Buying a car isnt supposed to be a quick process,I agree,but you also should NOT be made to wait at a dealership for 9 hours until exhaustion having to leave and wait for call backs and everyone at Odaniel knows that. Everyone here respects your time by coordinating all aspects of the buying process to run as quick and smooth as possible. More

Lisa’s Hummer I called Ryan Keebler on the phone the manager of odaniels of used car lot and asked him if he still had the 2008 H3 hummer available and that I wa I called Ryan Keebler on the phone the manager of odaniels of used car lot and asked him if he still had the 2008 H3 hummer available and that I was ready to deal he said yes I arrived and there was a sign on the window that he had made and placed saying Lisa’s Hummer don’t touch it made me laugh and feel at home Ryan and Mike did an exceptional job of making sure everything was taken care of I drove the hummer I had some issues I gave them to Ryan and him and Mike scheduled to get these things accomplished it is a beautiful vehicle I made the purchase of the hummer on Saturday and the following Monday they called and took my hummer in and started working on certain things that they said that they would fix and they kept their word and I love it and I enjoyed the time that I got to spend with the two of them they did a great job of making me feel right at home and explaining everything to me that I needed to know thank you Ryan Keebler and Mike for doing such an outstanding a job of going above and beyond to make sure that my purchase was Amazing!!!!! He makes the entire experience very comfortable which is huge with me as I stress over large purchases very bad. I have met a lot of sales men who are very pushy and he is the opposite. He listens to what you would like and goes from there. He also does a very good job of follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Very thankful for all of his help and love my new Jeep.
