Throughout the entire process Tony listened to my needs and wants. Up front I noted that buying a vehicle was a lengthy process on my part and I really preferred not to receive a lot of follow up calls or pressure to buy. Tony noted that would not be a problem because he first would not treat me any different than how he would want treated. Next he wanted my experience to progress/be per my desires. What happened was the O'Daniels team treated me as a friend and valued guest at their dealership. If Tony was on the phone, someone stepped up to say Hi and assisted until he was free. In the end of my purchase process I truly believe in and appreciate the friendships developed at O'Daniels. Their words of support are not empty promises but genuine. More

I was out of town for business and was only going to be back in town for a couple hours on a Friday afternoon. Mike had everything ready when I arrived, all I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. The whole process was smooth, no pressure, and exactly what I expected, I will definitely be back for future purchases!! More

AWESOME SALES EXPERIENCE I came into O'Daniel as they are a current customer of mine (Cintas), and I had worked with Mike Lothamer in the past as my customer, and had wanted t I came into O'Daniel as they are a current customer of mine (Cintas), and I had worked with Mike Lothamer in the past as my customer, and had wanted to do reciprocal business with them. I was greeted by Tony Fortner, and he was exactly the "non-pressure" sales experience I was expecting. As a General Manager at my facility, and having several Sales partners within my charge, I understand the "sales process" very well. Tony did not come off as "pushy", but rather listened to what I wanted and immediately gave me both the positive and negatives of the auto I wanted. I love my new F-150. More
