Working with Phil was an enjoyable experience. We were looking for a specific type of used car with certain extras that wasn't available locally. In addition, we enjoyed the no high pressure sales that O'Daniel and Phil offered. We never once heard the words 'What will it take to get you into this vehicle?". When we finally found a vehicle (new) that met all of our requirements, Phil and the team did everything to ensure that we were able to purchase the car through them. They even drove up to Michigan to pickup the car and bring it to New Haven. This went above and beyond what we expected. I have never purchased a Ford vehicle due to the fact that my grandpa was a Chevrolet dealer for 40 years, but I was pleasantly surprised.
