We had an issue with oil consumption. Mike Lothamer, service manager, diagnosed the problem and helped us get it corrected. They were very helpful and honest through the whole process. I have purchased several vehicles in the past. This was the first purchase from O'Daniel Ford and I would say it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I still love my car. My dad was impressed how quick you got us processed and out of there, he says, they usually keep you there for hours, trying to get u to buy extra's.
