Bought 2021 Carbon Edition CX5, we did this long distance from Kentucky. All over the phone/webnet. I wore this salesman out with texts and questions, this car is hard to find, and he was calm and attentiv from Kentucky. All over the phone/webnet. I wore this salesman out with texts and questions, this car is hard to find, and he was calm and attentive. We were not reminded to bring proof of insurance, but luckily my wife had documents in her purse. Credit/business manager was a little back up (at pick up time) but was super organized and went over each document. FYI, this dealer has an attractive $$ dealer prep fee compared to others. I plan on working with Jessica in the future she was great to work with. We were going to finance through the dealer but once we transferred over to the finance guy he was very pushy and I know how to r great to work with. We were going to finance through the dealer but once we transferred over to the finance guy he was very pushy and I know how to read a loan app and could see the 272 with no add ons like gap which would have been perfect but raised the monthly payment to 340 a month and said that if we didn’t then the interest rate would make it that much... Which would have been 14% which is a scam would rate my experience with finance as a 0 star if I could. I would recommend the dealer with outside financing. More
