He is very knowledgeable about the Mazda line of vehicles. Easy to talk to and NO PRESSURE! He is professional, friendly and really works to be sure you get into a vehicle that you love. He will touch base with you from time to time making sure you still love your ride and answer any questions that you may have. He seriously goes above and beyond. Now for Sam, again very down to earth and easy to work with. He has been with O'Daniels for years and always offers insight on the Mazda line and any features that are new to their line of vehicles. He again knew what I was looking for as a payment and got me where I wanted to be, no haggling, no back and fourth which again makes for a great buying experience.
