Quick, simple and CARING My car was totaled and I only had a few more days in rental my car. Sam is a pleasure to work with ... cordial, knowledgeable, not high-pressure. Sam took part of his day off to pick me up at my home and take me to the dealership to pickup my car after the purchase.
