Before test driving the MAZDA CX-5, Junior went over the features to get us acquainted with the SUV and then we were off to driving. The one we liked, had sold, Junior let us know when another would be coming in. He was excellent in communicating and letting us know the status of the new vehicle arriving as well as, working with our schedules. Upon the completion of the sale, Junior thoroughly went over all the features with us and made sure I understood the set up so that I could customize and maneuver the features just as Junior had. Which I appreciated the follow-through, he gave and not just letting me have to thumb through the manual before I drove off the lot. Not pushy, listened and worked with our needs.
