The sales rep, Heinrich Hilger, was very respectful, helpful, and was not at all pushy. I truly felt that he was there to help us find the right car. Once we found a car we liked, the manager Todd Jacquay was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us with making a decision that would get us the type of car we wanted for a reasonable price. When we left this dealership we felt great (which is not always the case). More

Great Service1 Sam Moun did a wonderful job of helping us find what we wanted and could afford. He went above and beyond to help get the car in the best shape it can Sam Moun did a wonderful job of helping us find what we wanted and could afford. He went above and beyond to help get the car in the best shape it can be (we bought used)- it seems like a brand new car. Sam helped set up the Bluetooth system, provided seat covers and made sure we were happy with the whole process. He made it very easy! We have been customers of Mazda for over 20 years and have used the service department for the last 12 years for our previous Mazda 6. Jesse and Tim are very friendly and helpful. They are never pushy. Overall, we haven't even thought about going to a different dealer - we are very happy with O'Daniel's - they are the best! More

Efficient I have worked with this dearlship on 3 different mazdas and each time that we go through this process, I never have any complaints. On this last mazda I have worked with this dearlship on 3 different mazdas and each time that we go through this process, I never have any complaints. On this last mazda lease they started the paperwork before I got there (with my permission) and the from the time we walked in and drove off in my new car was less than 2 hours. Nick Whitworth helped us get all the additional information we needed, we took the vehicle for a test drive made an offer and purchased the vehicle.
