Great experience I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jr and have to say both times he really made it an easy process. The used Ford 500 that we purchased a few yrs back m I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jr and have to say both times he really made it an easy process. Pleasant car-buying experience. Most car-buying experiences involve a high pressure sales pitch and a lot of BS. This is certainly not the case with O'Daniel Mazda. Our salesman, Sam Moun, was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us find the right car at the right price and gave us a fair price for our trade-in. We were very much interested in the new Mazda CX-5 and the salesperson and staff did a great job of being patient and answered all our questions satisfactorily. Heinrich Hilger was our salesperson and not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, he also took extra time to show us features of the new car that we didn't even know existed. In other words, he had a very good idea of what types of features we, as a family, would use and made sure to demonstrate and point out things which were VERY helpful. I would recommend ODaniel to friends and family and specifically, I would tell them to call Heinrich. He made the "car buying process" very painless and fun. Thanks. More
