Pleasant Experience Wade greeted my wife and I within 30 seconds. It wasn't all but 5 minutes and Wade had the car pulled into the garage out of the rain so we could loo Wade greeted my wife and I within 30 seconds. It wasn't all but 5 minutes and Wade had the car pulled into the garage out of the rain so we could look it over. After that my wife and I were in the car and on a test drive. We returned after the test drive and it was the car I wanted. Wade was in our corner negotiating a price for the vehicle, never pushy and did his best to get the price we wanted for the car. When the price was agreed upon I told them I was pre approved for a loan and Dan said "I can beat that rate". I didn't think it was possible and he did. Dan worked just as hard as Wade did to get the payment where we wanted it. I'm a first time customer but will be a repeat customer with service like that. More

No pressure sales! My wife and I have spent the last week at the major dealers in Ft. Wayne, in search of a newer used foreign SUV. It has been a nightmare at some of th My wife and I have spent the last week at the major dealers in Ft. Wayne, in search of a newer used foreign SUV. It has been a nightmare at some of the dealerships. The sales staff either flat out ignored us or treated us like dirt. Apparently, a married couple in their late 20's/ early 30's with a large down payment and pre-approval from a credit union, comes off as non-serious buyers. We sold one of our cars and we were out to buy and buy soon. We had put off going to O'Daniel Mazda to see a Mazda CX-9 for quite some time, as it was a little over our budget. However, the price was lowered and I forced my wife to go out and do a test drive before going to another dealer to talk about a Honda Pilot we were semi-interested in.We called ahead, as it was near closing time and we were told that we were to ask for Sam Moun when we got there. He was going to have the car pulled up front for us. Upon arrival, we waited a few minutes, as they took the vehicle to spruce it up and put it through the car wash. While we waited, Sam took the time to explain the facts and features on each series of Mazda SUV's and assure us why we should highly consider the CX-9 for size and reliability. When the car was ready, they told us to take our time and don't worry about the fact that they were closing soon. Sam gave us no pressure when we told him we would like to sleep on it before making a decision. The next day, my wife set up another appointment with Sam again and the refreshed the vehicle yet again and told us to enjoy it for a few hours or the day. Sam wanted us to make sure the vehicle was comfortable to our needs and did not try to rush us into a sale. My wife and I decided to continue the purchase process on the vehicle and Sam and were able to get what we wanted for what we wanted to pay. Sam was with us the entire time, including when we were taken to the next building to meet with the finance department to see if they could beat the interest rates from our lender. Additionally, Sam went above and beyond in calling the windshield repair man in last minute, rather than having us come back next week, as they agreed to seal a very minor chip for us. We were ecstatic to not have to come back, as quite frankly, we were pooped from a week at the dealerships. Sam also gave us a voucher for a friend or family member to receive $300 of their next purchase and a $100 referral fee to us should they buy. We are defanitly passing it on to my wifes sister or mother how are both soon in the market as well. O'Daniel's, I never gave you a chance before, but we will surely contact Sam Moun shortly down the road when we are ready to replace our other vehicle for a new model. Finally, I also want to thank Ryan Keebler for assisting us with Sam throughout the entire process. He too is a stellar employee! Thanks again! More
