Will Not Be Returning to ODaniel My husband and I bought a used Jeep in August of 2015. We knew we were buying a used jeep with no warranty however come to find after the first oil ch My husband and I bought a used Jeep in August of 2015. We knew we were buying a used jeep with no warranty however come to find after the first oil change (I did not use ODaniel for the oil change) there were a lot more issues with the vehicle that we were not aware of, and I highly doubt this vehicle had been inspected before being put on the lot. Some of the items include 1/32 tread on the tires (which should have been replaced before even being sold!), A bad bushing, leaking coolant and transmission lines, and the oil had not been changed in this vehicle in so long that it looked like diesel oil. The oil not being changed was the hardest to swallow because this could have ruined the engine. I was told when purchasing the oil had been changed because "every vehicle sold on the lot goes through a detailed inspection and oil change when traded in." I have learned two things from this experience 1. always take a car to someone (do not trust/rely on the dealership- do an independent inspection) for a PROPER inspection and 2. that was my last time buying from ODaniel. Also, the person who referred me had bought a brand new Chrysler 200 in 2013 (she referred a friend the same year who also bought a brand new Chrysler 200) said the likelihood of them returning to ODaniel is highly unlikely. More

Heinrich Hilger was our salesperson and not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, he also took extra time to show us features of the new car that we didn't even know existed. In other words, he had a very good idea of what types of features we, as a family, would use and made sure to demonstrate and point out things which were VERY helpful.
