I'm giving a great review because Matt Tillapaugh was extremely helpful. He not only found an ideal car for me but he also presented to me many different options. I'm very impressed with Matt's friendliness and knowledge of the car's history. He also was very knowledgeable of the car's features and minor concerns such as previous made dents and nicks. He worked closely with me to assure that I could hold the car until I was able to purchase it after the weekend. I told Matt I would definitely consider working through him again. Honestly, Jessica Farber almost made this transaction not happen, my employment status shouldn't matter when I'm a customer looking to buy from your company, I don't know why that would matter. There was no pressure when we came to see the 2014 Mazdas. Matt answered all of our questions, set up a test drive in the car, and invited us back as soon as we could come. We did a return about a week later; we set up an appointment with Matt and took our trade-in with us. Within an hour we had taken another test drive and settled on a fair price. We just purchased our second Mazda SUV this year from Matt Tillapaugh. Matt was extremely helpful when we purchased our CX 5 earlier this year and when we were looking to buy another vehicle we chose Mazda again - in large part to Matt and his style of doing business by creating a relationship first and sales second. Matt above and beyond both times by helping us with blue tooth activation and garage door opener. He made a trip to our home both times to assist two non-techy people. This was my first time purchasing a car from Odaniell. My sales rep was Ryan Keebler and he isn't like ANY sales person I have ever encountered. He was funny, friendly, and specifically asked me what I was looking for and hes kept in contact after the purchase to make sure everything was ok. I will gladly purchase another car from him in the future when the time comes for trading. If you're looking for a sales person who is NOT PUSHY, who wlll LISTEN to you, who you can TRUST, you need to come see RYAN KEEBLER. Now for the SERVICE TEAM!!. Their was a few problems we encountered with the car 1 week after we purchased our 2012 Dodge Avenger. I called up Ryan Keebler first and he put me in touch with Tim in service. I told him what was going on and part of the problem was covered by factory warrenty and the other part was not but, they took care of BOTH problems and my car is as good as new. I didn't have to pay anything to get it replaced and they stood by their product they sold. Since the car was due for an oil change shortly after I bought it, Ryan also got it approved to give me a free oil change, and not only that, they shuttled me to and from work while they did it. After the oil change I brought it in the shop to get the repairs done, I asked what I would do for a car if the repairs were over night. They said normally they don't lend out cars but they still loaned me a car free of charge. What a FANTASTIC COMPANY and people that work for them. Thank you guys so much, I will look forward to doing business with you in the future and will be telling all my friends they need to come see you for everything vehicale related. Nathan More
