I made my first solo car purchase at O'Daniel, and they made me feel very at ease with making such a big, new decision. They let me take my time and test drive as many cars as I wanted. I had gone in looking for a sedan, but happened to mention Jeeps were my favorite, but I thought they were out of my price range. Heinrich asked why we were even looking at cars if I had my heart set on a Jeep, and with the help of him, Nick, and Tim, I was able to drive home what I really wanted. A Jeep had just been traded in, wasn't even cleaned out or priced yet. I got to drive it home to have fun for the weekend with the assurance that on bringing it back the next week it would be fully detailed and get a paint touch up, while I would be provided a rental car. I will definitely start my car search here the next time I need a new car, which will be a long time from now since my Jeep is perfect! Thank you!!!! More

We started our search for a car almost two years ago. A year ago we visited O'Daniel and Nick was very helpful, but not pushy at all. We weren't quite ready to buy. We started seriously looking again, and came back to O'Daniel. Everyone including Ryan and George were wonderful to work with! Honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. We realized the price they were offering for a brand new car was as good a deal for a used one as we found elsewhere. After deciding the buy, the process was very simple! Tim was fantastic about explaining the entire financing process which was very comforting as I had never purchased a new car before. Every person we talked to made it clear that they were available after the sale for any questions or concerns we had. We had heard good things about O'Daniel, and the Mazda brand and they absolutely lived up to our expectations. We love our new cx-9, and will certainly spread the word. I had expected the car buying process to be very high pressure and stressful, but this was not at all. We look forward to driving our mazda a long time, but know that if we came back to o'daniel they would be fantastic to work with! Thanks again to everyone for making this such a great experience! This was my first experience purchasing a new car, and I went in expecting a lot of fast talk and pressure, but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience! I was interested in getting a Mazda, an went in expecting a lot of fast talk and pressure, but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience! I was interested in getting a Mazda, and Corey Harris at O'Daniel West recommended I work with Ryan Keebler at O'Daniel Mazda. Corey worked with me a lot through the whole deal, even though it wasn't the dealership he worked at, which I thought was very great customer service, making sure I was taken care of during the entire process. I test drove a few different Mazdas, including the Mazda3 and Mazda6. Ryan at O'Daniel Mazda was very helpful during the entire process, and helped guide me to a new Mazda6 they had when I had mentioned not liking the size of the Mazda3. I fell in love with a 2010 Mazda6 they had, and decided to take a few days to think about it, which Ryan and George (the manager) understood completely. When I came back a few days later, George was extremely easy to work with on pricing and my personal financial situation. I was very upfront with him about what I could afford, and the Mazda6 was just a bit out of my price range. George worked through the numbers for a bit and did end up being able to drop the price of the car down considerably, to a point where I felt completely comfortable buying it. That was about 6 weeks ago, and I have loved driving my 2010 Mazda6 every day since then, and I'm really glad I found this dealership and the awesome staff that work there!!! More

Salesperson and finance manager were excellent to work with, absolutely no pressure. Vehicle that we wanted was not on their lot, however they had it within 48 hours. I was impressed with the dealership and Sam from the moment I stepped onto the lot. I originally stopped by to take a look at the new Mazda 6s on the lot, just getting a feel for the type of car I might moment I stepped onto the lot. I originally stopped by to take a look at the new Mazda 6s on the lot, just getting a feel for the type of car I might be interested in getting (I was not in a hurry to get a new car). Sam greeted me and helped me, but I was never pressured in any way. He showed me a few of the new 6's on the lot as well as a used one (even though he was really a new car salesman) to help me find something more affordable. The car was like new and priced well. I left without any pressure. After doing some research, I decided to come back with my wife and we drove it again. We both liked the car and decided to move forward. Sam (and his colleague from the used car side) worked with us. They were very nice and treated us with respect throughout the whole process. After purchasing the car, Sam continued to ensure that we received a fresh oil change and clean-up. They and the service shop were excellent about scheduling a time, arranging a shuttle for me with work, and performing the service. Sam maintained contact with me during this process (even though the sale was already done). It was clear that Sam wanted to ensure a great experience. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Mazda and Sam Moun to anyone interested in a car there. More
