I made the down payment, first monthly, signed the agreement, bought accessories worth $1200, took delivery of the car, paid the tax and registered the license. Courtesy followups for next few days. The Trap - After few days I received a letter from financing company saying my lease is not through and offered a higher rate!! All the while I believed everything was done. After already spending so much money I am left with no choice. Extracting Money - I had to resign lease agreement for higher rate. Told someone will call me to offer free oil change and free service to cover the additional cost. So far no one called. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE Anybody looking to buy a car please do not shy away from this dealer!!!! Everything was excellent from the time I called on the phone in the beginni Anybody looking to buy a car please do not shy away from this dealer!!!! Everything was excellent from the time I called on the phone in the beginning to the time I was leaving in the car ive been looking for..Called on a sat. afternoon told them I was interested in a car.. Gave me instructions on navigate the website so the credit app went to the correct place and even talked about the car a little. Put the credit app in and within 2 mins. I had a phone call saying it had been received!! Drove almost 2 hours to get to the dealer for this car and they had it out and ready to look at... Agreed on everything while I was waiting for paperwork the sales staff continued to check on my and my family... I had my 2 year old niece with me and they went above and beyond to keep her occupied! Any body that is looking for a car please go and see NICK SHEETS! Never once did I feel pressured or was being pushed into anything! After the purchase even received phone calls and emails asking to make sure everything went great and to make sure I was happy with the purchase! Once again Thanks for everything!! More

Great buying experience! We were pressed for time due to one of our vehicles being in an accident, and it being a very busy time at work. Within an hour of emailing Ryan, he had located a couple of vehicles that would meet our needs, and answered our questions via email. Later on in the day we drove to the dealership and Junior took it from there. Our questions were answered, we reached a decision, and the process concluded efficiently and in a friendly cordial manner! From presenting the need, to driving off the lot with the vehicle in less than 12 hours! More
