From the start, Ryan told me what I would have to do if I bought my Jeep and left nothing out. The tires were needing replaced and he told me that before I even looked at it. Overall, this is the best expierence I have EVER had at a dealership. They even put a half a tank in my new vehicle and the first oil change is on them. AWESOME people! More

I dealt with a bunch of sleazy salesman in my search for a new Jetta, but the staff at O'Daniel were nothing like that! Appreciated being shown the facility after we'd signed all the paperwork. We still believe we should have gotten more for our trade-in (which we owned outright). We were told they would have to do some bodywork on it, but other than that it was a great car. We saw it for sale on the lot later and the price on it was twice what we had rec'd for it. We realize this is one way they make their money, but more than 2x what we got for it?!? The "body work" that they had done was just buffing up the paint where there is a dent along the side. We were pretty disappointed about the trade-in discussion we'd had after we saw their asking price. :( We're hoping the extended maintenance on the used vehicle we purchased is worth what we paid. At this point we are still checking out all the features of the "new" vehicle. So far, so good. We had previously never done business with O'Daniel Automart so dealing with the service department will also be a new experience. Hopefully a pleasant one. More

Everything started off with me just kind of vaguely curious when I pulled into the lot. I had a terrible car that barely worked and a firm belief that my empty pockets would forever block my ability to curious when I pulled into the lot. Much to my absolute surprise Ryan approached me but didn't run away the first time I mentioned despite my new job I didn't think I could get a loan. I honestly was thinking to myself "didnt he just hear me? I have no chance..." But he stuck with me. Answered all my questions about the 2004 Pontiac Grand Am I was interested in. We talked for 45 minutes and he did a fantastic job making it feel like I was talking to a new friend or at the very least not just a salesman but an actual human being! Combine that with how hard he worked to get me financed, the quality and solidity of the cars on the lot, the very top dollar he got me for my trade and the low bottom dollar they offered me for the Grand Am and how could I walk away?? I do believe a small part of it was fate that had that amazing car at that amazing price right there for me to walk up to. But a big part of the reason I have a car I can rely on trust in and completely LOVE driving was the professionalism and quality service given me by Ryan and the other employees at O'Daniel. My last car had me dreading anytime i had to drive, thanks to Ryan's help I got financed and am driving a car that had me loving the road and craving some long flat stretches of wide open road! I'll be at least stopping back to take a look around if ever I am in the market for another ride... But between you and me; I would love to just stay in this ride forever... ;) More
