Our experience with Ryan was the best we have ever had with any sales person. He is a people person all the way. We traded a car in and got exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted it at. I would recommend and already have recommended O'Daniels, (RYAN) to others. I can't even point out the painless parts of buying a car, they were all painless, he worked hard and got our numbers where they needed to be, he got in the car and programmed our phone and DVD Player for us and explained it as he went. My wife and I had stopped by the dealership on Memorial Day and looked at a few cars while the dealership was closed. We came back the next day and Sam greeted us. We told him about a couple of cars we were interested in and would like to test drive. He kindly rounded them up for us and while my wife and I test drove different cars he helped us entertain our 2 year old daughter. We decided on a used Mazda 6 they had their. Sam, along with Todd and George's help, got us into the payment plan that our budget allowed. Sam was very nice and understanding to our needs, Todd was very fair and friendly, and George was extremely honest and easy to talk to (I had dealt with him previously last year when my younger brother bought a new Mazda 6 from the same dealer, he was very easy to deal with then as well). This was my second time dealing with this dealership, both great experiences, and I will be back in about 1-2 years when I look to purchase our next vehicle. Summary of our experience: Nice, honest, and very understanding group of people who actually work with you to meet your needs. I never felt pressured to buy nor was I treated like an idiot. They didn't try to sell us a car we didn't need and actually listened to us. All three guys treated us like we were family, which I sincerely appreciated. I will definitely be back again. I love the experience when I go in there. From being greeted by everyone to how well they work with you. When I spotted the one on the website. He went over to the other dealership and brought it back for me. He kept up with me told me how it ran what features it had. The ease of switching cars was awesome. They worked to get this new car in my budget George worked every way possible for me to afford the car with the warranty coverage. The other thing that did that was awesome was while I was filling out all the paperwork they watched over my very active 2 year old. He loved it. So it was a great experience for me and him. The entire experience was the most pleasant I've ever had buying a car. I feel the price for the vehicle was very fair. As I expected, I was low balled on my trade but, they seemed willing to negotiate in buying a car. I feel the price for the vehicle was very fair. I didn't experience any BS, and they were willing to go through all of the numbers until I was satisfied they were accurate and that I understood them. They were very cooperative with our difficult pick-up schedule. Great work Ryan. George was very pleasant,and willing to go through the numbers and answer any questions I had. I was treated very nicely and respectfully. I was never treated as though my questions were stupid or a waste of anyone's time. I never felt as though I was being hustled in the finance office. First and foremost - I found this car online. I was a bit leary at first, but the overall transaction was absolutely wonderful. I then looked at one other place and at another they had on the lot and chose the very first one I had looked at. They have been more than patient with me while I had to order a duplicate title and that takes time.
