We visited the Dealership on a Tuesday night and had purchased a car with all 3 of our kids ranging from ages 2-10 with the 10yr old being Moderately Autistic. We purchased 7 cars at different dealerships over the course of 11yrs. This by far has exceeding being "Great" overall. I train employees on customer service skills and have an expectation on how employees should treat their customers. Every situation I am in I rate them myself and take that back to my employees to train on the good and bad of that experience. I can say without a doubt the employees at the dealership impressed me. The process did take a little longer than what I expected but they were always coming back and making sure we were still "ok". We seen and passed many employees there and everyone smiled and asked how we were doing. I did not come across one person that did not greet us with a smile. Not only have I already spoken to others about the great service we received here We will being using O'Daniel Mazda as our "Dealership". More
I recently purchased a '06 Chevy Trailblazer. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and Jeremiah was a great sales rep. I live in Indianapolis and had been looking for a car for a while but had such a bad experience with several of the car lots I had been to. In fact, I walked away from purchasing 2 other vehicles at other de a while but had such a bad experience with several of the car lots I had been to. In fact, I walked away from purchasing 2 other vehicles at other dealerships because of the bait and switch tactics used at one and having to pull teeth to get the finance guy to give me specifics on loans and rates at another lot. I decided to look at two different places while I was visiting family in Ft. Wayne, Bob Rohrman and O'Daniel's. I went in and met with Heinrich Hilger who took the time to listen to all of the things I wanted in a car (which weren't necessarily all going to happen with my budget), was able to cut through everything I said and really hear what was most important to me, but then proceeded to still show me a several different cars that came close to all the different things I said I was looking for. He encouraged me to go home, do some research and let him know how else he could help me. There was no push to close the sale or get me out the door that day with keys in hand. I then went to Bob Rohrman's and had such a different experience. I then did what Heinrich suggested and I went home and thought about my options and did my research. Though there were cars that were comparable in some respects at other places, absolutely no one was able to come close to equaling the care and time they took with me at O'Daniel. Really, that's what it came down to for me. I liked the car but I loved the customer service. Even though I had a tight budget, I still felt like I was important and they were willing to do whatever they could to help me find the best car for me. I had and still have no doubt that if I need anything after the purchase of my car, Heinrich and the other employees at O'Daniel would not hesitate to help me in whatever way they can. I couldn't say that about any other lot I visited (and I went to a lot of them)! When I went back to buy the car, Heinrich again took so much time out of his day to help me narrow down all of my choices and worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal on my car! Though I live in Indianapolis, I have no regrets about buying my car from Ft. Wayne. I love my car even more today than the first day I bought it! More

I was looking for a new car and had already been to one other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled wit other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled with his whole approach. He was very friendly, knowledgable and not at all "pushy" compared to the other car lot. He answered all of my questions and showed me everything about the car. He introduced me to Todd Jacquey who was also very helpful! They both showed me my options and found the best interest rate to keep my payments right where I wanted them. They both knew I was not taking the car home that day and did not try to push me into anything. I called the next business day to tell them I wanted the car! We made arrangements to close the deal when it was convenient for me. George Brothers was the one to close the deal and also informed me of other options that O'Daniel offers. He did not push those on me either as they would have raised my monthly payment. I was also introduced to Jesse Moore the service manager. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the service department. I love the fact that they will pick up my car from work and deliver it back to me so I do not have to take time off from work for service and routine maintenance. Jesse made me feel very comfortable with putting my trust in the service department. It was a pleasurable experience from the start to the end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I do have to admit that I had high expectations before I went due to the service my daughter received and still receives. She has been dealing with O'Daniel for the past 13 years and states that she feels like family. I am now happy to say that I am part of the "family" as well. Thanks again for the Excellent service!! Ryan was great!!! I was in need of a car quick so i gave Ryan my wishlist and where i wanted to be payment wise. That same day he called me back and said he found the perfect car and he was right!!! I had been in the market for a new or used vehicle for at least six weeks. My last four vehicles were purchased from the same dealer so this time I decided to look around and see what else was out there besi least six weeks. I searched and searched, sat in, drove, price checked and researched maintenance information on everything I liked. After much searching I decided on a one year old Ford Edge. This was the first time in my life (and I 53 years old) I have ever thought about purchasing a slightly used car. I contacted Ryan about another vehicle that was in O’Daniels New Haven lot. After looking at it, I realized that was not the one for me so I asked the salesman (Tony) who was helping Ryan out by showing me other options to offer suggestions. Much to my surprise, the first one he suggested was an instant WINNER! I drove the Ford Edge, fell in love and the rest is history. I called Ryan, told him I wanted the Edge, he made arrangements for me to pick it up the following day. I had prearranged financing so all went like clockwork. I would recommend anyone to contact Ryan Keebler and O’Daniel. I have no patients for the price game etc. and guess what? I didn’t have to worry about that. By the way, when talking to Tony about helping me out he said all the sales team are like family and extend a hand to help each other whenever needed without another thought. This REALLY impressed me! I like the “family” feel. Thanks Ryan for making buying this vehicle such an easy and relaxing experience. My family stopped in just to test drive the Mazda5,but really had no intentions of actually purchasing it. We just wanted to see how it compared to a normal mini-van. We met Jeremiah and were blown away by his enthusiasm, pride, and his openess about being a Christian. After driving the Mazda5, we new it was what we were looking for. However, we were no in good shape on our loan from our Kia, and did not think or expect that a deal could be done. Jeremiah worked with us and his manager and obtained us a great package that worked for us! He is not the typical salesman that we have ran into several times before at many other lots.
