Anwar went beyond to help me find my car, a Macan. On my 1st visit, I drove a Cayenne and a Macan to determine if I liked either one. My 2nd visit, which was 2 days later, I drove 3 different Macans. On both visits, he and Melissa stayed after closing which I greatly appreciate due to my work schedule. There are two main reasons that I purchased from Porsche Ft. Wayne: 1) Anwar and his help before and after I purchased. I wanted an OEM tow hitch installed on the Macan and he made all the arrangements. He also linked Apple Car Play and the Porsche App to my phone and gave me a quick tutitorial when I picked up my car. 2) The friendliness of the dealership. The dealership didnt have the car I was looking for - but Jose assured me that it might take him a little time, but he would find THE car I was looking for. He also didn't inundate me with phone calls, emails, and sales pitches. Every couple of weeks he would check in and let me know he was still on the hunt. When he did find what I was looking for I could tell he was just as excited as I was that he found me my perfect car. Honestly, it made me want to buy it that much more (I was going to buy it regardless, but Jose somehow got me - more pumped).
