After dealing with a lot of amateur sales people and reaching out to other dealers who I thought had inventory for the toyota I wanted, I found Oak Lawn Toyota and the 2021 Highlander Hybrid I wanted. When I drove on the lot, they knew who I was and pointed me directly to John. It didn’t even feel like I was buying a car. John and Marty made it easy, gave me a great deal, and treated me like a friend. The other Toyota dealers I had worked with in the area were pushy and amateur. It’s a much better experience when you work with the pros. I’m sending all my friends/family members here as their service is top notch. Thanks for a great car buying experience. More
