I have been coming here for over 20 years and the only thing I can say is that when you come in to drop off your vehicle at the service counter someone needs to acknowledge the customer. My last appointm thing I can say is that when you come in to drop off your vehicle at the service counter someone needs to acknowledge the customer. My last appointment I was waiting there for over 10 minutes and no one asked if I needed assistance. More

Just serviced my Lexus at Oak Lawn Toyota Service Department. Everyone is very honest and straight forward because they don't try to loose people like me who knows very little about cars. The technician was very well trained. That is why we buy vehicles from Oaklawn Toyota. You can buy a vehicle anywhere the service after the sale really matters would highly recommend this dealership to purchase the vehicle which was a very easy process and the service department been coming here for about 30 Years always greeted very very nice people highly recommend!
