They didn't respond to question via text when I got sent the text too ask all questions through text. Was told I needed an oil change because my car hit 75k miles. Though I typically get oil changes every the text too ask all questions through text. Was told I needed an oil change because my car hit 75k miles. Though I typically get oil changes every 10k miles (hybrid). They didn't even check condition of oil before asking me if I actually needed it. They checked my cabin filter and it had what looked like toy stuffing and leaves on it from a possible mouse. Had to be at work so couldn't get all the work they wanted to do for it at this point. Advisor said he would have the filter cleaned out and put back. Wasn't cleaned out and instead put back with all the trash that was on it. Heater wasn't making any kind of noise when I went in when I left it was making all the noise typically made my a dirty cabin filter which I took out myself and just took off the debris and it wasn't making as much noise. Though I had to stick my hand and get the rest of the debri out. Filter was still clean but they wanted $65 for a new one. Been going here for a years and so far has been my worst experience. More

Would have been a 5*, but wait for oil change & tire rotation was over 2 hours. Understand no one's fault secondary to callins in this age of covid protocols, & was super busy.
