There was a lack of communication between the service personnel and the rust proof sales person. I was scheduled for the rust proof package and I received a call from the sales person that afternoon personnel and the rust proof sales person. I was told the parts needed for the rust proof package hadn’t arrived yet even though I had prepaid for the service for that particular reason and I was told to bring my truck in on Monday 06 December.They were supposed to keep it at the shop for one day and due to the lack of communication it was kept for 2 days leaving me without my truck for one additional day that I hadn’t planned on. Once the job was completed I asked Louis to tell me more about the warranty to which he kept telling me to follow the instructions on a piece of paper. I felt he could’ve given me more information himself. More
