Super !!!!!! I had been off work for 6 weeks due to a surgery. I travel to help with the grandkids very often. This weekend upcoming was one of those instances. Last Minute Help I just want to take a moment and say how impressed I am with the people in the Service Department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The day before Thanksgiving, my I just want to take a moment and say how impressed I am with the people in the Service Department at Oak Ridge Nissan. The day before Thanksgiving, my wife hit something sharp and got a flat tire. Despite the fact that they were about to close the Service Department for the holiday, they were very gracious and got us squeezed in to get the tire repaired. I was so thankful because I was supposed to travel with the car the next day. The snacks and drinks were great as always, and I had a great experience. Kudos to you all for your customer service. When I pick the car up they have not only done the oil change but they have also washed my car! What not to love about that! More
