I complained to the service advisor and he said that Allen the service manager would call me the next day. Two days later I have not heard from him. Plus, the dealership charged $43/quart for synthetic 75W90 gear oil when the retail price is <$20. At four quarts total this works out to a $92 difference. I have been going to this dealer for service for my Toyotas for 16 years and will now make a change. More

LONG DISTANCE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS My wife and I are senior citizens. While we have bought dozens of cars over a lifetime, we have never previously bought a car online -- let alone a u My wife and I are senior citizens. While we have bought dozens of cars over a lifetime, we have never previously bought a car online -- let alone a used car. However after several weeks of searching for a quality used convertible we found the make and model we wanted at Oakbrook Toyota. The fact that the dealership was almost an hour away was a big concern but I called about the car anyway and was fortunate to be able to talk directly with the used Used Car Manager, Gerry. He was very pleasant, but more importantly, very responsive to my questions about the car and to my concerns about working with a dealership so far away. While he promised to continue to be available to help to me as needed, the manager asked me to work with one of his salesmen to complete the details of the potential trade-in sale. Joelson, the young man he assigned called me back immediately and turned out to be the most responsive and value-added car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Knowing I didn't want to drive an hour only to find out that there were mechanical and\or cosmetic issues with the car, Joelson said he would personally inspect the car and give me a full report -- which he did including Car-fax, price comparisons, recent maintenance servicing as well as pictures of minor damage in need of touch-up. He was very thorough with his assessment of the convertible and I thought quite fair with the trade-in value he offered for my old car.. Bottom line, he gave me confidence that I would be getting a fair deal and that there wouldn't be big negative surprises/disappointments if I drove down to buy the car -- and there weren't. We are very pleased with the car we bought and very pleased with how we were treated by the dealership and the sales team throughout the acquisition process. Kudos to Gerry the Sales Mgr. and Joelson the salesman. We would definitely work with Oakbrook Toyota to buy or sell cars in the future. More

I was in Pennsylvania and got a nail in my tire. I went to the Toyota Dealership to get my tire replaced and service person said that they could not find my extended warranty information. I immediately cal to the Toyota Dealership to get my tire replaced and service person said that they could not find my extended warranty information. I immediately called Oakbrook Toyota and Vik answered the phone. Vik talked me through my benefits and gave me the number in Indiana to call. While I was talking to the service manager in Pennsylvania, Vik called me back saying that he talked to the warranty company in Indiana and they were available to help with my claim. Vik also said that if I needed anything else, to call him back and he will help me. I really appreciated Vik making certain I was taken care of!! More

Happy Customer! After a negative experience at another dealership, Oakbrook Toyota found the RAV4 with all the specific features I was looking for at another dealer.
