Average at Best No one ever pays attention when you pull in, and the first person who comes and moves your car is not the person you'll be dealing with. So then you' No one ever pays attention when you pull in, and the first person who comes and moves your car is not the person you'll be dealing with. So then you're left standing in the service area without your car, and eventually someone tells you to walk inside and the name of the service person to wait for. After that you eventually meet the person coordinating the service, a simple oil change takes at least an hour (even on weeknights), and the "free shuttle" is a joke because it takes about an hour till they arrive and by that point it's not worth going anywhere. This past time I wasn't provided the multi inspection form showing the stats of my brakes, tires, and what fluids they had to fill. I got in touch with customer service and they said someone would call me, they didn't. The next day I got in touch with the employee who coordinated the service and he said he'd email me the record, he didn't. The texting updates are also a joke. I get a text when my car is initially taken then never receive a follow up. At a previous scheduled service I took the "free shuttle" and had to call 2 hours into a basic oil change to ask if my car was getting near ready to pickup. If I wasn't under an extended warranty I wouldn't chose to go back for service. More
