They’re not overselling when they are performing routine maintenance on your vehicle and suggest a new filter, etc. They are making sure your vehicle is running at its peak performance. Leon in service is outstanding and Phil Brackmann is the only salesman we will see (he’s not allowed to retire ever!!). The only dealership we will purchase from and we live in a town with a different Toyota dealership a mile from our home. We’d rather drive to Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont because of the service and professionalism we receive. Keep up the good work. We’ll be in in the next few months for our oldest’s first car. This will be our fourth purchase from this dealership. More

Held hostage for over 2 hours I received a postcard in the mail, saying that my car was due for an oil change, so I called and scheduled it. When I arrived, however, I was told tha I received a postcard in the mail, saying that my car was due for an oil change, so I called and scheduled it. When I arrived, however, I was told that my car doesn't yet have enough miles on it to warrant an oil change because it's too new, but they were going to do the full inspection and tire rotation, and my wait time was an hour and 45 minutes. Since I had gone in expecting a simple oil change, I was appalled—and due at work in two hours. I called in and explained my situation and my supervisor was nice enough to let me come in a little later, so I gave the okay. After about 90 minutes, I was called to the cashier counter to sign my paperwork, so I was pleasantly surprised. However, after being told that I would be called again once my keys were brought to the counter, I ended up having to ask for them after another 20 minutes. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't, but I was still an hour late for work. Honestly, I would be better off paying out of pocket for my usual auto shop than accepting my services that are covered by Toyota Care. More
