Oakbrook Toyota is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group and that is more than just a name hanging on our building. It really means something. It means that we will always treat each customer like the most important person in our facility, and that is because you are the most important person in our facility. Without you we would not have so many dealerships in our network and we wouldn’t have a history that extends back over 40 years. Our staff is not here to sell you cars, we are here to build a relationship with you, and if we can assist you in your car buying or servicing process, then that is all the better.
We do not throw sales pitches at you, because we know what a sales pitch is. A sales pitch is an attempt to sell somebody something that they didn’t want for a price that they were unprepared to pay. Oakbrook Toyota wants to get you exactly what you want in the West Chicago area. We don’t mind hearing the word no, because we know that it just brings us one step closer to finding the vehicle that you will say yes to. The members of our sales staff quickly build relationships with our customers, because customer relationships are very important to us. We do not care if we sell you a car now or a year from now. We want to be there to help you in your automotive journey, and we want you to take that journey on your terms.

Problems after problems I bought a Rav4 right before Christmas, hoping that the reputation of the dealership would meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to take the car I bought a Rav4 right before Christmas, hoping that the reputation of the dealership would meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to take the car back the next week to have the ENTIRE exhaust system redone! I drove 2 hours and waited for 4 hours while they "took care" of the problem. Yes, they did it for free but soon after, another major problem arose. Warning lights are on in the car, while they're on, abs doesn't work, cruise control doesn't work, bearings are bad and the exhaust is still loud. When I called them they told me they couldn't keep fixing the car! They shouldn't have to keep fixing it if it was a good car!!! I wonder if they even took the time to go over the car when they took it in. I'm very disappointed in them and would NEVER recommend anybody buying from them. They obviously don't check the cars they sell and sell them for whatever price they want. More

Dismal Customer Service!! Great Experience I desperately needed a car and didn't really see myself getting one when I went to Oakbrook Toyota, let alone the one I wanted. I felt like he was open and honest with me on everything I needed to know, was really focused on helping me out, and making sure everything went smoothly. True Customer Service Still Can Be Found I would highly recommend Oakbrook Toyota. I did my homework and visited a number of dealerships. Ralph offered me to take test drive, no pushing, hustle, like a friend to show his favorite cars. I think that is the best style a professional sales staff can be. The sales manager, Cesar, really knows cars, and he can immediately tell, after starting the car, the Camry was taking very good care of, and offered fair trading in from the beginning, the rest process is smooth and efficient. Wanda's Review Using my certificate from AARP, I went to my nearest Toyota dealer -Westmont Toyota- which had made an offer of a certified price on the car I wanted. Using my certificate from AARP, I went to my nearest Toyota dealer -Westmont Toyota- which had made an offer of a certified price on the car I wanted. I didn't know if I would have to look at another dealer as this was my first time to use certified pricing from AARP. I was introduced to Billy Torain, who, I was told, knew how to handled these certificates. I was very pleased with the way Mr. Torain tried to accommodate my likes and dislikes. He gave no sales pitch - if I said yes or no, he took me at my word. I am not a fan of shopping for a car so I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership. Because of the treatment I received from Mr. Torain at Westmont Toyota, I didn't have to look anywhere else to purchase my Camry Hybrid. More
