I sent and internet inquiry on the particular Prius V I was interested in and within minutes received a phone call from Corey, and set-up an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership I mentioned his name and I was taken directly to him. He was informed, pleasant, organized and most importantly not pushy. I was asked my goals for the purchase and was pleasantly surprised that they met all my goals and expectations. Once the deal was finalized I was given a tour of their facility, introduced to the Service Department manager who explained his experience with the Prius, and then I was given a complete, comprehensive tour of the car and it's capabilities down to having it synced up with my mobile phone. Several days after the purchase I had some questions which were readily and pleasantly responded to. The words that come to mind are taking care of the customer even after the sale. If this customer commitment continues I will only purchase vehicles from Oakbrook Toyota and will be happy to recommend them to family and friends. More
