None of the "hard sell" I had experienced at other test drives. That experience was great, but the ongoing service has been stellar. For the last 3 years we've gone back to the dealership for work (which is NOT my normal approach). Were I to use one word to sum up my feelings it would be "trust." They explained what they were going to do and why. They talked us through the bill. They made sure we felt comfortable at every point along every service visit. No rushing. No pressure. No making us feel stupid. And certainly never making us feel like we were being taken advantage of. The service manager is owed a particular mention. He's polite, concerned, and always makes us feel like we're respected and our business matters (and not just our business, but our personal satisfaction). My wife and I go back because Oakbrook Toyota has worked very, very hard to earn our business. I wish all of my customer experiences were this positive. More
