Let me start by saying that I had visited 8 dealers prior to purchasing our new 2011 Toyota Highlander. I went as far as Michigan City, IN looking for the best price and people that I can build a relationsh to purchasing our new 2011 Toyota Highlander. I knew when I walked on the lot 1 hour after closing and Neil Steuer greeted us with a smile asking if he can help. He never mentioned the time of day and that he was going home, but took time to show me the features on this particular truck. I went home and after a few days- came back to purchase this truck. Had he not went out of his way, this transaction may have not happened. So, I went in to see what they can do on price and without any negotiating gave me a fair price on both my trade-in as well as the new Highlander. Not only fair, but beat their competition. I came in touch through my transaction with a gentleman by the name of Cesar Meraz. I was making this purchase with my three children with me. Other dealers rolled their eyes as my kids climbed in and out of the vehicles and roamed the show room. Not here, it was the most kid friendly experience. This may not mean a lot to most- but when someone goes out of their way as he and his staff did to make my whole family comfortable, even my sleeping daughter- it shows that they truly wanted a customer for life, not just one sale. Cesar overseen the whole transaction, explaining delicate information making sure the entire transaction was easy and clear. Marcin in finance explained the entire process in detail and made my wife and I comfortable with the deal and gave me the best rate possible, all with honesty and integrity. In short, if you are looking for a Toyota, or even pre-owned vehicle- I would recommend Oakbrook Toyota (especially when dealing with Neil, Cesar and Marcin).
