I really love this dealership and service department. I have purchased three Land Cruises from them through the years and never have taken them anywhere else for service. My last service appointment was n have purchased three Land Cruises from them through the years and never have taken them anywhere else for service. My last service appointment was not a good experience at all because of the service advisor (K.T) but I will not let one bad experience change my impression of the entire dealership. I hate it when people (K.T.) act put-out or stupid when asked to just do their jobs. So sorry that it upsets you having to get off your stool for a moment and help me. I asked K.T. to complete the service log page in my Toyota book and he actually looked at me then down at the book and back at me and asked, “What do you want me to do?” I thought this guy is kidding. My initial thought was to ask him if he was 1. Lazy, 2. Stupid, 3. Ignorant, or 4. A combination of 1, 2, and 3. But I took the high road and said well just complete the log page with the date, mileage, and check box of the service performed; just like the 20 previous log pages were completed by your coworkers through the years. (By the way, in over 20 years, no one from Oakbrook Toyota ever responded in such a way to me.) In response to that K.T. turned to his computer and said to give him a few minutes as he had things to enter. What a bad attitude. I said it was no problem and take your time. After five minutes of making me wait he scribbled the date and mileage on the page but did not mark the checkboxes. What a great employee this guy is, right? In my opinion he might be the one bad apple at a great organization. The total opposite of Nate, Leon, and John, who are absolutely terrific guys. I wish Vic all the luck in the world having to manage K.T. You got your work cut out for you Vic. More

We had an amazing experience with Ben Swan. He provided excellent customer and even with limited inventory; he was able to find the vehicle we were looking for.
