I apologize for my previous review. I misjudged Oakes Kia for something a previous car lot didn't do. My husband and I worked with Emma and she is a treasure. She calmed me down and mad I misjudged Oakes Kia for something a previous car lot didn't do. My husband and I worked with Emma and she is a treasure. She calmed me down and made everything easy for us. She has a very pleasing personality. She explained everything and I felt was very truthful. To me truthful if very important. Chuck was easy to work with and never applied any pressure. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with both the truck and the overall process. The only disappointment was that the detai pressure. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with both the truck and the overall process. The only disappointment was that the detail shop hadn’t done a very good job before the truck was put out for sale, which meant it had to be sent back multiple times. That said, Chuck handled it and made sure things were right. Overall, the process was painless and the price was fair. More

I have had nothing but great experiences at Oakes Kia! This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we ask purchasing a new car. We didn’t have an appointment and when greeted by Travis he inquired as to whom our appointment was with, do we need one we asked and he said nope let’s see what we can do for you. I had done a ton of research and knew what I did and didn’t want. He listened made suggestions and showed us a few different options. We decided on the Sorento. Go see Travis he listens and is very knowledgeable about his inventory and isn’t out to make $$ off of you, he keeps your best interest in mind during your whole visit! We finished our visit with Karen in financing and she knows her job and does everything she can to help you protect your investment. Thanks Oakes KIA for being a first class establishment!! More
