Bought a new Kia Sportage and had to wait for it to arrive. When they received it I gave them 2 days and a time I was going to pick it up. Well when I showed up they still needed to detail it and put t arrive. When they received it I gave them 2 days and a time I was going to pick it up. Well when I showed up they still needed to detail it and put the front license plate bracket on. I had called early that morning to confirm the time I was picking it up and tell them I wanted the bracket installed. I feel like the Sportage should’ve been ready for me. Plus my sales person wasn’t there but never really got a good lesson on all the features. Also did not help with setting up my phone to the Sportage. Besides all this not sure what paperwork I need to take with me to the DMV. Other dealerships I’ve dealt with before has went through all my features, set up my phone and put the paperwork for the DMV in an envelope. I’ve had the Sportage for 4 days and not one person as called to ask me if I’m happy with my Sportage. Will not go back to the dealership or recommend to anyone. Very poor customer service! More

Employees are fine, it is the leadership that is horrible! There is no customer service - no courtesy vehicle, leadership did not care that we purchased from Oakes KIA. The vehicle was inoperable a horrible! There is no customer service - no courtesy vehicle, leadership did not care that we purchased from Oakes KIA. The vehicle was inoperable and has to be towed! No one could even tell us when they could even look at the vehicle. Then they said it would be 3 weeks! Taking a human voice out of the equation STINKS! You have me doing your paperwork for you by making me text! More
