Chip is the only reason I felt comfortable buying a Kia and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! He is a great communicator and tracked down the exact make/model/trim/color com and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! He is a great communicator and tracked down the exact make/model/trim/color combo I wanted. He was fantastic and made the process as easy as it could be without any pressure. I also want to shout out Darah in used car acquisitions for making me aware of Oakes in the first place because she is the one who made the initial reach out to me about my trade in. If it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have looked at Kia in the first place. Thanks to you both for helping me get my dream *mom* car and making me feel good about bringing my business to this dealership. I visited multiple Kia dealerships around the area and spoke to several out of state. Oakes’ transparent pricing and customer service by Chip made it a no brainer to keep my business local. We were notified that the car we were wanting had come on the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredi the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredible. Justin helped us test drive the vehicle in a different color and find another one that was coming in within a few weeks. We were off on our expected financing and Justin and Jesse were so patient and helpful, working with us for literal hours to find something we were comfortable with. We ended up going down a trim level and left the dealership comfortable with our monthly payment and excited about our new car. More

We are so excited for our 2024 Telluride and are very thankful for Karen’s patience and kindness through the process. It took us over 6 months to figure out what we really wanted and finally make the pur thankful for Karen’s patience and kindness through the process. It took us over 6 months to figure out what we really wanted and finally make the purchase. Karen was so easy to work with and never made me feel bad for changing my mind no less than 5 times. Tellurides have so many trim levels and Karen knew the ins and outs of each very well. She was quick to respond to my many messages and always let me know if something was coming on the lot that might work for us. At one point my husband was ready to drive to STL, but I was not feeling like dealing with anybody other than Karen. Darah was also great in internet sales! I’ve already told my friends if they’re going to Oakes they need Karen! More
