Fernando and the service personnel are always friendly and communication is good (5 stars). My dissatisfaction is the communication between Kia customer service, district rep, and Kia dealerships. I worked with Nathan and he was very helpful and tried his best to get something done on my car. He opened a new case up with Kia, but Kia has been unable to fix my car. Both of the TV's on the backs of my seat rattle and my car has been in the shop 6 or 7 times for this issue. I have had 2 cases opened up with Kia headquarters and keep being told they are not sure how to fix it at this time. The first case was closed by my Rep without me knowing because I wouldn't accept his $1,000 offer. I told him I wasn't looking for money I wanted my car fixed. This issue started a month after I bought my car. I am also still having issues with the sensor on the front right side of my car, it was replaced on my last visit and still doesn't seem to be working properly. This is the first Kia I have ever bought and I have to say I have NOT been impressed at all for what I paid for my car and the issues I have had. Plus being told we don't know how to fix it, and being inconvenienced by all the trips to the dealership. Come on Kia do better!! More

The worst service I've ever experienced! Had my car serviced on May 5th. Nobody from the dealership ever called to let me know my car was ready. I called at least three times, left two voice Had my car serviced on May 5th. Nobody from the dealership ever called to let me know my car was ready. I called at least three times, left two voicemail messages, and sent three text messages. If not for the shuttle driver calling to let me know my car was sitting in front of the dealership and appeared to be ready, there would have been zero communication. When I got home, I saw on the multi-point inspection sheet that my fluids were marked as needing immediate attention. Nobody called to tell me this, nor did anyone inform me what fluids were low when I picked my car up. After additional calls and voicemails, I finally got a live person this morning on May 10th which was great until she forward me to a person whose phone line went to voicemail. I left yet another voicemail and sent another text - never heard back. This afternoon on May 10th I called back AGAIN - FINALLY someone helped me. Turns out my brake fluid is low. Well I'm still waiting for a return call from the person that I spoke with this afternoon - 2+ hours later - to let me know when this can be addressed. Maybe I'm crazy but this seems like something that I should have been informed of so it could be fixed. More
