Overall, great experience! Jordan and the gentleman training with him were both super friendly and knowledgeable! They did a great job explaining the differences in trim option Jordan and the gentleman training with him were both super friendly and knowledgeable! They did a great job explaining the differences in trim options and explaining the car's features. The only complaint we can say is that we waited for the finance department for quite a while so it made the whole experience feel long. However, we understood the shortage in help on a busy sale day. Jordan did a good job filling the time with some extra training videos to help us get familiar with all the car's features. My trade-in seemed fair and overall, we are happy with the experience. We live out of state so won't be able to take advantage of the service going forward, but will definitely keep Oakes and Jordan in mind for future upgrades or referrals! Thank you! More
