Great personal service, friendly technicians, clean lounge with free Wi-Fi! While I was there the service representative was friendly and honest; when an unexpected mishap occurred; Kia worked hard to lounge with free Wi-Fi! While I was there the service representative was friendly and honest; when an unexpected mishap occurred; Kia worked hard to address it efficiently and cost effectively. I ended up being at the dealership longer than expected but was able to effectively work in the lounge in a comfortable chair with fast wi-fi for the duration. More
