They allowed us to keep a car for several days to determine if it was a good fit for our needs. Most impressive was the fact that they allowed us to leave the dealership a couple of times without making us feel like we were walking away from a deal...they were confident in their product and felt like we would come back if it was right for us. The negotiation process was simple, they found the car that we wanted at the right price and delivered promptly. We were able to have conversations with the Sales Manager and General Manager, they weren't just a guy in the office that may or may not have existed. The financial part was even simple...we weren't harassed about buying a bunch of extras (extended warranties, clear coat, etc.). We simply cannot say enough about our buying experience at this dealership. More
