Proud Owner Kia Optima I previously purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Jack Miller Kia in July 2014. I was amazed how fast and seamless the process was. I was told back then I previously purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Jack Miller Kia in July 2014. I was amazed how fast and seamless the process was. I was told back then that I could refinance in 6-9 months to decrease my interest rate. After 18 months I went online and completed the application for financing. Within 24 hours I was meeting with Anthony, in the Sales department, to review my information. He stayed late and answered all my questions. I appreciated Greg, Josh and Deanna who all helped me along the way. I drove home in a new Optima today and I am trilled!! Thank you to EVERYONE(especially Anthony) who made my experience painless and even enjoyable! I'm definitely coming back or the Optima Hybrid next time!! More
