Never did I get pressured. I like to do things at my own pace vs somebody else's so I liked this a lot. When I found the exact car I wanted, and at the price I wanted, J.R. made the process as smooth and painless as possible. He explained everything in detail and really wanted us to understand the features and benefits, even after the ink on the paperwork was dry. He spent some time with us explaining these items about the car and elaborated on anything we had questions on. I know I was high maintenance on this, but never did they make me feel that way. I am very pleased with this dealership, and would recommend it. More

Sal was are salesman along with Greg W. They were a great help and got us into a brand new Kia Forte. We never thought we wouldve been able to purhase a brand new car. We like the car and plan on returning there when it is time to purchase our next one also. We also dealt with Adriano and he was very good at his job. He was very informative with the features of the car and helped my wife to understand all of her questions about the features! We were in the market for a new vehicle and were uncertain as to exactly what we wanted. We came to Jack Miller Kia due to the warranty that Kia offers just to look. Our salesman, Luis Medina, did uncertain as to exactly what we wanted. We came to Jack Miller Kia due to the warranty that Kia offers just to look. Our salesman, Luis Medina, did not pressure us to buy but was very informative about the Kia Sorento that we were looking at. We took several days to make our decision and decided to buy the Kia Sorento. Luis was very helpful with the transaction as it was made simple and we did not have to jump through hoops like a lot of dealerships we had dealt with in the past. We also were fortunate to deal with Cameron Bennett, New Car Manager, and he was very helpful with answering any additional questions we had and informing us of service information that we would need after the sale. When we met with the salesman we were made to feel like a valued customer. After explaing what type of vehicle we wanted, my wife was amazed that he brought a car for us to test that was her favorite color, valued customer. It was like we were on the same wavelength.We weren't pressured or hounded into purchasing something we didn't want. The overall experience left us knowing we would purchase our next vehicle from the same dealership. I have never had a dealership work in my best interest before. It was an amazing experience. The professionalism of the saleman, the sales manager, and the finance officer was such a fantasrtic experience for both me and my wife. I just can't express how much I appreciate the treatment we received at Jack Miller. We will be recommending Jack Miller to all our friends and family. This was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. My son and I purchased a 2007 Ram 4x4 in December 2012. He needed 4x4 in February but it did not work. Apparently the 4x4 did not work when we purchased it. Jack Miller said when we drove off lot it was our problem. It did not matter that the first time we tried to use it wouldn't work. Jack Miller said they check each vehicle out from end to end. This tells me either they did not check it out like they said or someone knew the four wheel drive did not work and they did not bother to tell us before we purchased it. With this experience I would not advise anyone to buy from this dealer. More
Went in to buy a 2013 Soul. We were up front and informed them we didn't have a trade or any money to put down. They said that wouldn't be a problem at all. When the lender said they wanted $1000 down, the s them we didn't have a trade or any money to put down. They said that wouldn't be a problem at all. When the lender said they wanted $1000 down, the sales manager Cameron said Jack Miller Kia would take $1000 off the price and we could tell the lender we put $1000 down. The lender accepted this and all was well. We went in with Elford to sign paper work and were adamant about not wanting a service contract with portfolio or gap insurance. He assured us that everything was taken care of and not to worry. When we signed he told us we were declining the coverage. Later that evening we were looking over the paper work and noticed a charge of $1750 for a Portfolio service contract as well as $750 fee for gap insurance. Figuring this was a mistake and they would fix it without issue (based on my experiences buying 3 other cars from Jack Miller). However, Cameron the sales manager, who so graciously reduced the price of the car by $1000, had an abrupt change in attitude and told me to either bring him in $1000 or the car if I wanted to have the additional $2500 that I never wanted removed from my contract. He agreed that he put that in the contract without our consent claiming he had to make a profit. I will never buy another car from Jack Miller again. This was the 4th one I've purchased from them and for them to slide in back door, shady charges into our loan without our consent, and then refusing to remove them just shows how they treat their (once) loyal customers.
