Steven Carroll was awesome to work with! It took me a long time to decide what color and trim level I wanted, but Steven was very patient and understanding. He was very thorough throughout the whole process and spent a lot of time with me going over all of the features of the car and getting everything set up. Oakes Kia is a half hour drive from my home, so it's not exactly the most convenient place for me to take my car for regular service, but I won't take it anywhere else.
