The price was right after a few months of negotiations. The communication process was terrible. I tried calling and never got an answer or a call back. Only way Oakes would respond is by text. No return phone calls from Theo when he said he would check with the manager on pricing and get back with me. My wife had the same problems with her POC until Lyric needed a utility statement and then s check with the manager on pricing and get back with me. My wife had the same problems with her POC until Lyric needed a utility statement and then surprisingly the communication with my wife resumed. Theo saw me when we came to get our check and knew enough to turn around and walk away, embarrassed he hadn’t followed through. Great car. More
