I was disappointed to have the Dealership tell me they could not do a warranty repair as they did not have a certified tech to work on my type of Kia. I had to call The Kia Company to locate a certified K could not do a warranty repair as they did not have a certified tech to work on my type of Kia. I had to call The Kia Company to locate a certified K900 Tech to fix the BCW system on my car. I will have to go to another state to get warranty work done. With that info. I would probably never buy a Kia again, especially the most expensive new car they had on the lot at Oakes Kia More

Not honest when asked directly about running the credit report. I already had preapproved financing and they ran it anyways. Which made my credit score go down because of the inquiries report.
